All orders are shipped within 2-5 days of you placing the order using DHL eCommerce, USPS or e Packet depending on your location and fastest available service. Typical delivery time frame is between 14 to 21 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase we, unfortunately, won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your Furkat & Robbie original must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
